Returns and Refunds
Our shipments undergo complete quality check process before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case if your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for refund by returning the product. We dont have return for correct product with intact packing.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear products such as bras and panties. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded under any circumstances. We kindly request you to check the size and product details carefully before placing your order.
We process refund if the product is found missing/defective during delivery.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your concern about the order.
Step 3: Full opening video is strictly must from start to end for any sort of claims.
Step 4: We currently do not have pickup option. so customer is requested to courier us back the defective product.
Step 5: Refund will be fully made for the product after receiving it within 3 working days.
The final decision regarding returns will be taken by the us.
Note : Outer cardboard or dents in the tins or courier cover damage will not be considered as damage and cannot be claimed
